Over the years Goodier Builders has received some of the most coveted awards in the homebuilding industry.

We were chosen as "Builder of the Year" by Builder Magazine and the National Association of Homebuilders in their very first annual Builders Spotlight Award Program, which acknowledges business excellence.

Our Sawyer Creek has received Builder Magazine's "Builders Choice" award and Professional Builder Magazine's "Best in American Living" award. The Sawyer Creek has also been featured in Better Homes and Gardens "Building Ideas Magazine."

Our Collins Mill has been featured as Southern Living Magazine's "Plan of the Month."

Goodier Builders has also received numerous awards from the Home Builders Association of Maryland as part of their "Award of Excellence" program. This program recognizes homes that offer superior designs and construction that include the highest standards of workmanship and attention to detail. At left, General partner Kevin Carney accepts the Home Builders Association's MAX award for the Biltmore model at Kingsbrook Overlook.

The awards of which we're proudest, however, are those we receive from satisfied homeowners who freely recommend us to their friends and families. In fact, a large percentage of our homeowners come to us through referrals. Several homeowners have purchased Goodier homes twice as they outgrew their first purchase, and a few Goodier homeowners are happily settled into their third Goodier home!
