Over the years Goodier Builders has received numerous awards from the Home Builders Association of Maryland as part of their Award of Excellence program. This program recognizes homes that offer superior designs and construction that includes the highest standards of workmanship and attention to detail. In 1992 Goodier Builders was chosen by Builder magazine and the National Association of Home Builders as Builder of the Year in their annual Builder's Spotlight awards program. Since then, the awards and acclimation have continued to mount -- our Collins Mill design has been featured as Plan of the Month in Southern Living magazine and our Sawyer Creek has been featured in Better Homes & Gardens Building Ideas magazine. The Sawyer Creek has also received an award from Builder magazine's Builder's Choice Award program and from Professional Builder magazine's Best in American Living Awards program. The awards of which we're proudest, however, are those we receive from satisfied homeowners who freely recommend us to their friends and families. In fact, a large percentage of our homeowners come to us through referrals. Several families have purchased Goodier homes twice as their family outgrew their first purchase and one Goodier family is happily settled into their third Goodier home!
