The Savannah's Choice was designed with growing families in mind. There's an expansive feel upon entering with a two story foyer opening to the family's more formal living areas. This design allows for the option of a fifth bedroom over what is normally a two story family room. The informal living areas can be expanded by extending the kitchen and breakfast area by four feet.
