The Emerson II is a recently updated version of one of our most popular and versatile designs. With a dramatic two-story hardwood foyer, soaring living room and dining room ceilings, a generous sunken family room, and an expansive kitchen joined by an oversized breakfast room, it's a perfect home for entertaining! A first floor private study with a full bath can double as an in-law suite. The luxurious master bedroom boasts a cathedral ceiling, large walk-in closets, and a sunken ceramic master bathroom with double sinks, a garden tub and separate shower. A 5th bedroom is optional on the second floor. The possibilities are further enhanced with an optional vaulted sunroom or screened porch that can be added with access from either the kitchen or the dining room.
